Return to Love.
Return to Love is the first-ever Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat held during the Just Love Festival — A gentle journey of simple food, breath, and rest — designed to help you feel clearer, lighter, and more like yourself again.
A gentle 5-day journey to reset your digestion, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure, without extremes.
What you'll experience.
Over five days, you're guided through a simple daily rhythm — gentle enough to restore, clear enough to feel a shift.
Daily Yoga
Gentle in the morning, flowing by mid-week, restorative to close. Open to every body.
Breathwork & Meditation
Simple pranayama and quiet sitting to soften the nervous system and steady the mind.
Meal Counceling
Warm nourishing meals to be advised with the meal options you have in the Just Love Festival.
Ayurvedic Rituals
Small daily practices — dinacharya — that bring rhythm to waking, eating, and resting.
Reflection & Journaling
Prompts to notice what's shifting — in body, in mood, in what you'd like to carry forward.
Deep Rest
Nervous-system reset woven through the week — yoga nidra, silent afternoons, early nights.
Every morning begins with a chillout ceremony.
A slow opening to the day — yoga as the light comes in, breath and meditation to settle, chillout beats to hold the space, and fresh smoothies to nourish what's waking up.
Sunrise Yoga
Gentle flow to wake the body, warm the joints, open the breath.
Meditation & Breath
A quiet sit and simple pranayama to land in the morning.
Chillout DJ Set
Soft, slow beats holding the space — deep house, ambient, world textures.
Fresh Smoothies
Seasonal fruit, greens, spices — light and easy on the system.
Five days, one rhythm.
Each day carries a focus. Together they form a gentle arc — arrive, reset, release, replenish, and take it with you.
Before & after, we hold you too.
The reset doesn't begin on day one or end on day five. Online guidance frames the week on either side — so the shift actually lands.

Shanti Dasi
A designer by profession and a yoga practitioner since 2000, she has spent more than two decades exploring different yoga traditions and paths of self-discovery.
What began as a physical practice gradually became a way of life, leading her to embrace the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda as complementary tools for health, balance, and conscious living.
Today, she shares this passion through a surf and yoga retreat space, where nature, movement, and mindfulness come together.
Inspired by the connection between nature, the body, and the mind, she enjoys creating experiences that encourage people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find greater harmony in daily life.
This is your space to pause. To reset.
To come back to yourself.
