Opening hours of the festival

The marketplace is open to visitors:
1. Daily during the festival from 10 am to 8 pm
2. On 07.07.2025 from 12 pm till 8 pm
3. On 10.07.2025 from 10 am till 5 pm – Gurupurnima
4. On 13.07.2025 from 10 am till 8 pm

PLEASE NOTE: the stand must always remain open during this period.

Set-up times
Loading space is available: Sunday 06.07.2025, from 8 am to 8 pm. The loading zone is only accessible from the back of the ashram, NOT through the festival grounds.

Dismantling times
Unloading space is available: From Sunday, 13.07.2025, 8 pm till Monday 14.07.2025 at 12 pm. The unloading zone is only accessible from the back of the ashram, NOT through the festival grounds.

Dismantling BEFORE 8 pm is not permitted. Takedown must be completed by Monday 14.07.2025 at 12 pm.

Deadline
20.05.2025
Failure to pay within this deadline will be considered as resigns from vendor position and the stand will be assigned to another vendor on the waiting list.
