For Sujatha, using the human voice is one of the most amazing spiritual practices. Ever since she began singing, the journey through voice was her spiritual path, helping to connect with the Divine in her own heart and in others.

After practising Atma Kriya Yoga for some time, Sujatha noticed that when one sings with an awareness of love in their heart, such deep concentration results in losing the sense of ‘ego’, the mind becomes calm and one with the voice. That’s how Sujatha realised that, for her, the most important thing in music is the intention in the heart of performing it for God, regardless of the musical genre and the circumstances.

Before she started working with spiritual music, Sujatha was widely involved in the Polish music scene, performing a variety of music styles from jazz and blues to pop and poetic acoustic music. As both a lead singer and a chorus singer, she performed in nationwide and local Polish TV and radio programmes and was a backing vocalist for many top Polish pop bands, including participating in the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest in Latvia.

Published tracks include: “Krysztal” (Sai Media publ.), “Desiderata” (Dentonet publ.), “United in One” (Skylark Records)

Her performance will take the listener into a captivating and colourful fusion of various styles – blending jazz with her original songs with a hint of Gaelic music and a huge dose of bhakti and devotion from the heart.
